1. Terminal Insertion Force Test Machine（CLJ-02）

This equipment is used to test the insertion and extraction force of necked terminals and then select qualified terminals.

Products are divided into qualified products, products with insertion and extraction force over the upper limit and products with insertion and extraction force below the lower limit based on test results.

2. Terminal Necking-in Machine（SKQ-HT002）

Terminal necking-in machine, model SKQ-HT002, used for necking terminals in aviation connectors. PLC automatic control, manual material-loading, mechanical necking, automatic blanking, one-time completion, simple and convenient. Necking cylindrical double-slot socket for different sizes and shapes by replacing of the die set.

Working principle:

This equipment is controlled by the PLC system. Cycle of action completed by four cylinders, manual material-loading, fast necking, free blanking.

Large volume of the gas tank as well as the pressure regulating valve ensure the stable output of air pressure of necking module. And the digital-display pressure gauge monitors the air pressure.

When output pressure is unstable, the device alarms, so as to ensure the consistency of the terminal necking.

3. Gas Sealing Test Equipment（JRQM-02）

This is a gas sealing test equipment used for electrical connectors. The equipment contains four stations and each operates independently.

It can be applied to connectors with different sizes and shapes by changing the sealing rubber and the mold.

Functional Principle:

This equipment realizes independent operation of the multi-position through the PLC procedure control. Press the start button in each station to complete the movement cycle. (The equipment can carry on pressure-maintaining time setting according to process requirements. Time Adjustment Range: 0 ~ 60min. The connection between copper lug and the wire is of vital importance regarding its wide range of applications.
